I really need to update this more often.  SO!  In the many years it's been since I updated this journal, I have created the most wonderful thing of all - a person.  I had a baby!  Her name is Arielle and she's the light of my life! I've been so busy with her that my other work has lagged behind, but I *have* been doing art since I've been gone.  I'll upload some of that soon. So I've been hideously quiet on the dA front, mostly because I've been doing traditional art and it's a bit of a shit to scan/photograph paintings and my computers haven't been up to the task.  But thankfully that situation has changed due to the generosity of family members who have cool equipment.
